I received a few quotes when trying to get a survey for the house my husband and I were buying and Alexander Surveying Services was excellent value so I decided to go ahead. Poor response to email when time was of essence. Had to call to chase response. Shaun had told me only yesterday that he was free last week but after chasing him I was informed it was two weeks. Choatic and unreliable. Avoid if you value your time.

Fortunately a low price didn’t mean a lack of service and Shaun has been excellent providing a detailed report which covered a lot more than I expected. It was thanks to his advice I was able to negotiate for some work to be done to the property by the vendor before exchanging.
